About Collins Freight Services

Collins Freight Services LLC provides administrative and dispatch-support services to authorized motor carriers and owner-operators. Website information is general informational and marketing content. Specific services for a carrier are governed by a separate written Dispatch Service Agreement.

Carrier Independence

Carriers remain independent businesses and retain responsibility for their own operations. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as CFS controlling a carrier's drivers, equipment, routes, safety decisions, hours of service, regulatory compliance, or business operations. Carriers determine whether to accept or reject each load or opportunity presented to them.

Dispatch-Only Relationship

CFS is not offering motor-carrier transportation to the public through this website and does not hold itself out as a freight broker. CFS provides carrier-side dispatch support under written agreements with specific carriers. Freight payment remains between the broker/shipper/factoring company and the carrier, while CFS bills the carrier separately for dispatch services.

No Guarantee of Loads or Earnings

CFS does not guarantee any specific number of loads, revenue, rate per mile, profit, broker payment, lane availability, or home-time result. Freight availability and pricing can change based on market conditions and other factors outside CFS control.
