Our website may also automatically collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and website activity through cookies or similar technologies.

How We Use Information

Respond to inquiries and communicate about services.

Evaluate whether a carrier is a fit for CFS dispatch support.

Provide dispatch, broker-setup, billing, and administrative support after a carrier becomes a client.

Maintain business, accounting, contractual, and operational records.

Protect the website, business, carriers, and users from misuse or fraud.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. Carrier Documents

Carrier W-9s, COIs, factoring notices, company profiles, and similar documents may be used for legitimate dispatch and broker-setup purposes when supplied or authorized by the carrier. CFS seeks to avoid collecting unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Data Security and Retention

CFS uses reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect business information. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. Records are retained as reasonably necessary for business, contractual, legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes.
